We organize a variety of horse services year-round, like horse trekking and horse riding trips with Finnhorses in the historical landscape of Keuruu. The duration of the treks is from an hour to a week-long trip riding from an accommodation destination to another whilst admiring the changing views.
Horse ridings with a work carriage and in the winter with a sleigh are made on request. Our horses also visit public events, as do our small animals. Horse walks are also available at the stable or in events.
Groups can visit our stable on request, getting to know our horses, sheep, goats, chickens, bunnies, cats and dogs. Food services are available through our two chefs for events and in the atmospheric “kota” of Kokkomäki, next to Lempaatsuo nature prevention area.
We offer accommodation in Kotirinne which is a building made of timber in 1920. There’s room for 8 people to sleep. In the yard, there’s a 19th century smoke-smelling sauna which has a changing room for 2 people to sleep in as well.
Next to the “kota”, on the shore of Kytölampi, there’s a lovely little log cabin for 2-4 people. Right next to it, there’s a sauna and a pond to dip into. Berry fields and fishing opportunities are great next to the unique swamp scenery of Lempaatsuo.
In the yard of the main building there are two atmospheric 19th century log granaries suitable for summertime accommodation. The stable also has a homeless shelter for animals.
